The original builder of that house failed to finish it out due to the recession, the party mansion guy picked it up at rock bottom price then finished it out like a night club (flashy, but no quality touches), lived large for a few years in the house, once again the home goes back on the market in a distressed state....

I think the original asking price was over 2mil, it sold for half that. The new owner says he wants to live there, but one of his employees let it slip that he wants to flip it.
