I mean, to be fair, it is a common symbol in India that has absolutely nothing to do with murdering Jews... Still, prolly not the best idea, especially when mixed with punk rock... 10/14/2014 9:56:16 PM

^ who cares, it's still funny.
and anyway, it's on the Sears website. They're hosting it, so they have to take some responsibility for it. ] 10/15/2014 7:50:31 AM

This is what happens when you let anybody with a stolen credit card sling merchandise on your site. You'd think they'd want to salvage what little is left of the Sears name, but no.
It's also a reminder of how much I hate Sears' website. I don't want to wade through a bunch of third party sellers to find the price on a tool that I plan to pick up locally if I buy.
Whoever decided that this was how Sears should represent itself on the internet should be fired. Dude...It's going to be like eBay, but on the Sears website!!!!1"

If it was REALLY punk rock, it would be a black ring with a red or white swastika.

The agitator of the washer kind of looks like a swastika, if you don't really think about it. 10/15/2014 5:02:16 PM

Everyone relates the swastika with only Nazism. There's more to the swastika and it's still a religious symbol for Hindus and Budhists.
People are such intollerant hypocrits. We want a free market, but you can't sell that or we'll boycottttt youuuuuu

I once thought the swastika that turned the *other* way was the good one
then I learned both variants were used in India. 10/15/2014 10:59:47 PM

^^ In Budhism, Counterclockwise is negative (evil, misfortune, struggles, trouble), clockwise is good (life, luck, etc).
But Nazi's use the clockwise, which in the western world is depicted as bad, so they try to use the counterclockwise as the more positive symbol.
Funny how east and west are opposite. 10/16/2014 1:33:53 AM
