As the biggest Steely Dan fan on TWW, I'm proud to put this discussion to rest
"Hey Nineteen" is probably the catchiest tune "Black Cow" may have the best beat "My Old School" is my favorite mainstream song However, my favorite all-time song and a completely unheralded song, is "Dirty Work" 12/31/2014 1:50:17 PM |

my favorite is also Dirty Work but I also really like Deacon Blues as well. 12/31/2014 2:11:16 PM |

coincidentally, I'm also the biggest Michael McDonald fan on TWW, so any track that features his sweet, sweet voice is A-OK by me as well 12/31/2014 2:18:33 PM |

Been on a Steely Dan kick lately.
Really digging Caves of Altamira, Kid Charlemagne(trying to learn the solo to this), Only a fool would say that, bad sneakers, Peg, Deacon Blues(the Steely Dan of Steely Dan songs), and Black Cow.
Any other gems I need to pull? 5/15/2020 4:58:45 PM |

Don't Take Me Alive is the only Steely Dan song I like, which is weird because I believe Jeff Porcaro to be one of the greatest drummers. 11/12/2022 11:48:13 PM |
