I know some salary employees with PTO
I guess every company handles it differently, with the employees having to use some combination of vacation/sick days/PTO/floating holidays to excuse themselves from work.
Serious question tho.... seedless, you tryna fuck or what?

Every salaried job I've ever had has PTO. The difference is that salaried workers usually have to take 4 or 8 hour blocks at a time but hourly workers can take any amount they want.
Thanks to the weatherman I just cracked a Victory Storm King.

I'm salaried, and I can take PTO in 1 day or 1 week blocks. I also get paid more when I work more than my allotted hours. 1/14/2015 12:22:23 AM

I only use PTO if i'm going to be fully unreachable. but being a full-time telecommuter, this only really happens if i'm on vacation and i intentionally leave my laptop and shit behind.
Otherwise, i'll go do whatever i need to do whenever I need to do it. as long as the work gets done on time, no one cares if it happens between 8 and 5. I'll spend half the day doing yardwork sometimes and then put in some work later that night.
I think i'd have a hard time transitioning back to a traditional work schedule if I ever left. 2/25/2015 11:41:21 AM

Some lady was in line in front of me at Wal-Mart telling the cashier how she was off today for the snow, the lady was like "ma'am I don't get paid when I am off for the snow." 2/25/2015 2:23:49 PM

What else is there?
I take whatever PTO I want. I don't know what the rule is, and I don't really care. 11/25/2015 1:17:34 PM
