2008 Black Turnout 64.7 percent
2012 Black Turnout 66.2 percent

Obama didn't really cause a huge spike in black voting like people like to think. He just happened to carry 95% of the Black vote, and clean house with the 18-24 demographic.

The republican party....makes my head hurt. I can safely say that a shit ton of black people voted for Obama because he's black. I can't wrap my head around poor people voting for the party that spends most of its time trying to protect the rich, and kill entitlement programs.
