These kids need guidance and help. Instead they will be incarcerated or severely punished and then everyone will pat each other on the back about what a great job they did getting "dangerous criminals" out of the classroom.

This is a bunch of fucking high school antics and they need to stop the bullshit now and get some role models in the classroom or these people are going to end up growing up and going to jail.

School is for learning, they aren't learning, so yes lock their asses up.

School should no longer be mandatory after the 8th grade, that way we can get rid of the fuck ups before they have a chance to bring down the other kids. And we can make it mandatory that you have a high school diploma to get government assistance.

I could meet BlackJesus halfway. I don't recommend lockup, but I do recommend early enlistment options for repeat juvenile offenders. And no "halfway house" or "bootcamp" bullshit. I am talking actually signing up with Uncle Sam for people age 15+ if you are a serious delinquent.
The age of enlistment eligibility needs to be lowered.

I recommend reinstating the draft and giving an early enlistment program to kids who need help. I honestly believe our military is better equipped to deal with societal reform for difficult cases rather than the school system.

Prolly the best solution to the current problem. Give these kids a second chance at life by putting them under the guidance of better leadership in community centers, then, when they realize that they have decided to stay straight as opposed to being in prison, have them cycle back into the centers as mentors.

Sure let's reform them and subject them to the pedophiles and twisted souls that line the hallways of the juvenile justice system looking to prey on weak people. I think we need an audit of every social worker and reformer who seeks to have involvement in juvenile justice.

I also think that parents should take more initiative in communities. Not every kid can be fortunate enough to have good parents, and it doesn't mean that the general people have to "pick up the slack" for it, but I think that there should be a more general incentive for parents to mentor unfortunate kids instead of just sittin back in suburbia away from it all.

I agree that having solid role models would help alot. Sadly, when these guys leave school...they don't go home to mom and dad to whoop their ass like most of us on here would have gotten if we did something like this. They go hangout with their homeboys and smoke pot/drink all evening while talking about how much ass they kicked and who they will kill if they try it again. Then, instead of doing anything productive with their lives to make money, they go out and rob people. Then, if they're lucky, they go home to their mom who is either working multiple jobs and too busy to correct their ways or is cracked out and living the same life. Dad? Yeah right...they're lucky if they even know who their dad is...so the 25 year old gangbanger is the closest thing they have to a father figure.

Its a terrible cycle. I know 16 year olds that have admitted to having sex 50+ times already in a private setting. Records that show they've been treated for STD's multiple times. Already have 2 kids. Do you think they'll be a father to those kids and do you think it'll stop? no and no. This leads to those kids being in the same position THESE kids are in right now.

Its extremely sad, but whats the solution? How do you help people that don't want to help themselves but would rather live off of the government/steal from people than to put in honest/hard work and make money?
