Your faithful customers are so hooked on your products that if we drank the regular version of your concoction, we would all be extra overweight.
You need to stock 10 times the Sugarfree and Zero Calorie offerings that you currently put on the shelves...at least.

Coke and their peers spent $millions cultivating the image that "fat free", "sugar free", and "diet" foods were the healthy choice for people who need to lose weight. They ensured that their propaganda was far more readily available to consumers than any legitimate recommendations for many years. That's not going to be undone overnight and the implication is still there in the name "diet." I don't find this surprising at all.
