There were a string of assaults here in DC a few years back, where a group of kids would sneak up on someone and see how quickly they could knock them out. If in that situation, the victim were to pull out a burner and squeeze off a few shots killing all of the assailants, I would probably say "good shooting"

In this case though, it seems like the assailants ran away,mans this guy followed them onto the platform. It's hard for me to understand how in this situation, one could argue they feared for their life....when they reinserted themselves into the threatening situation.







I bet that motherfucker knows now not to go around hitting people.
