I am making an invitation for my daughter's birthday party. I downloaded and installed the "Peppa Pig" font...from the kid's TV show.
However, when I press spacebar, it types a weird square character with a 0020 in it. See the picture below..
How do I fix this? I reinstalled it twice already.

What program are you using?
Also as a temporary fix, are you able to change the font to something like Times New Roman, insert a space, then change back to "Peppa Pig" font? The Pig font probably doesn't have anything defined for a space.

I was using gimp on my mac. I did what you suggested and it worked. It was a pain in the butt but got the job done.
After doing some research, 0020 is the "unicode" for space... for some reason, it was putting in the code instead of the actual "space".
Thanks! 4/2/2015 9:18:08 PM |

That was a poorly done font, first one I've heard of without a "space" character. 4/8/2015 5:14:11 AM |

The name he was trying to type is "Peppa Pig" which would be more suitable for one line in this case.4/15/2015 1:52:08 PM |
