Question, what's the deal with funky socks? Particularly in a business setting. Am I being too conservative with a simple slacks-matching primary color, with maybe the craziest being an argyle with a little neutral color in it? I'm seeing more and more that the socks don't even match the shirt, much less the pants, which seems crazy.
a la:

Thanks,
bronco

Socks have gotten crazy recently. I recommend doing whatever you want, but definitely don't be afraid to not "match"...and go for some crazy color combinations and patterns.

I still wear my black and navy Gold Toes if I'm going to court or have an important deposition...but on all other days, I rock my Lorenzo Raffinatos:

Adds a little spice to my plain dress shirt and slacks combination.

You need to be more charitable.

I like when men wear fun socks - it shows some personality when you're wearing boring work clothes (although a man in a tailored suit... ).

I'd say its pretty mixed. Some of the older attorneys wear some horrible shit...while other dudes pimp it out.

My suit game was pretty weak until I started making some money. My first couple years I was hanging on to a couple Brooks Brothers outlet suits and Jos. A Banks shirts. Now its all custom tailored and on point.

Depends on the situation. But if you're Eddie Munster, you probably need to get that shit fixed.
