I need to get the following done and if anyone has worked with reliable people, I'd appreciate a reference. Cheap but effective would be great. If there's a handyman type person that can do all/most of this, that would be great. The sooner they can do it, the better. The "handyman" from Craigslist/Angies List I worked with didn't even bother to show up today.

- Hardwood resurfacing / installation (already have a quote but would like another)

- Interior painting

- Electrician / running wires type stuff

- Tile backslash / kitchen counter expert - kind of a weird situation with this.
