I had a calf born with its heart outside of its chest (basically was a big lump in its neck). It died at birth though.

Also have had one born with its guts all hanging out. It was pretty cool.

Those are the only really weird birth defects I can think of right now.

we had triplets once, and the third one was underdeveloped and blind. We had to bottle feed it for a month because the mother wouldn't let it nurse. Eventually that calf learned the sound of us opening the pen gate and would come running towards us to feed. Unfortunately with it being blind, the calf would run into you and knock you down if you weren't paying attention.
