Cameos from the original Griswolds can't save this heaping pile of garbage. 6/4/2015 3:03:40 PM |

If they somehow were able to raise John Candy from the dead, and have him back at Wally World, it still wouldn't save this heaping pile of garbge. 7/12/2015 2:06:58 AM |

haha I don't think it looks too bad. I was surprised how "risqué" the trailer was for it. 7/12/2015 7:40:10 AM |

^If Jason were in it I'd probably see it, even though I hate all these classic 80s flicks being remade.
As it stands, cannot stand Ed Helms and will not see. 7/14/2015 11:02:36 AM |

That doesn't look too bad, but I too am getting sick of all of the 80s classics getting sequels, or remakes. Leave them alone and come up with something original. 7/15/2015 10:59:07 PM |

I had a feeling it would suck, and it did. I thought maybe seeing Clark and Ellen would stir some nostalgia, but it just felt incredibly forced. 8/4/2015 9:26:00 PM |

Last Friday I had a 3 hr road trip and used Waze. About 10 minutes into the drive, a popup appeared asking me if I'd like to have Rusty Griswold navigate for me. Of course I said hell yeah and enabled it.
10 minutes later I was ready to throw my phone out the window. Ed Helms' cheesy voice and schtick got really old, really fast. 8/5/2015 9:36:40 AM |

saw this last night because the projector malfunctioned for Mission Impossible.
I actually thought it was really funny. It definitely won't be a classic in any sense of the word, but I found myself laughing a lot. It was definitely funnier than We're the Millers (which was good too).

I saw this as the second part of a double feature at the drive-in and it was just as bad as I had expected. About halfway through we seriously considered leaving and would have if not for the cameos we knew were to follow. At least Ant Man, the first movie, was good.
And what the hell happened to Chevy Chase? He looks worse than shit. 8/7/2015 12:38:08 AM |
