I like the lady who says they shouldn't try to break it up because they could get sued. I'm pretty sure it is the other way around and you can actually get charged for not trying to help the person in danger.

Parking by the garden center and using that entrance seems to help. I still try to venture there as little as possible.

yesss. I always park by the garden center. The less desirables stay away from that area. Its also normally furthest away from the food area, which i stay as far away from as well.
