Since you're staying at the Flamingo, which is on the lower end of hotels but the location isn't bad, go to Burlesque. It's a decent naked chick show.
Tip if someone at the hotel helps you with your luggage, and the vallet. Tip your bar tender just like you would at any other place. You're not staying at the Ritz, so tipping the door man is excessive.
Also, if you're there on sunday go to REHAB at the Hard Rock. I think it opens at 10 am. It's like $60 to get in and it's worth it (scaled for vegas prices anyway).
I don't know what your gambling preferences and limits are so I really can't make a recomendation on that. Don't go there expecting to not spend money and have a good time. Vegas is very much a "you get what you pay for" city. All the free prime rib places aren't on the strip, and anything good will cost money.

Prostitution is illegal in the Las Vegas city limits. You can go to the bunny ranch if you like. I've never been, nor do I know anyone who has.
