I like all kinds of bacon as long as it's cooked well.

Don't like it hard and crunchy and overcooked, don't want it limp and floppy.

But when it's cooked to just that level where it snaps with little force and crumbles into a hundred buttery pieces that melt in your mouth when you bite it...
