Why do we even still have pennies. In South America almost all vendors would rather just round your change up to the closest bill or the peso coin (In Argentina this was the $1 peso coin which is about 7.6 cents).

Parking enforcement at NCSU was the pinnacle of bullshit, but the thing he's pissed off at is revenue sharing across the university system?

That's probably a GOOD idea. That dampens the incentive to have draconian, unreasonable parking enforcement.

I remember several years ago NCSU Transportation getting in trouble for not paying WCPSS or some other public school system their share from parking violations.
