it's usually "working", u just get an error page when initially trying to bring it up. Try again and it usually comes up fine.

yes i understand that it's technically online and working since posts seem to happen when it appears down for me, i just didn't know if it was a purely cookie issue on my end or some shit. sometimes it comes up on the second attempt and sometimes it's just fucked for a while

Yeah sometimes it takes more than 2 tries for me...pretty rare (in my exp). If it fails 3-4 times I usually consider it down and cry a single tear.
