I have a buddy who swears by the Kodi thing on his Amazon Fire.

He swears that he watched Straight Outta Compton in HD and it was perfect quality.

I told him I've searched all the torrent sites and I can't find a high quality version... Is he full of shit or am I missing something?

Streaming sites and popcorntime are probably a lot more popular than torrents (popcorntime is based on torrents though)

If you want to go the kodi/plex route, then you will primarily use newsgroups
