I have been waiting on 5401 North to get going to see what the prices looked like and now that it has I am pretty much meh on it. Seems like these are way over priced and not sure I can make any work. I live like 3-5 minutes down the road so at the very least I am wondering if this will help my property value. Houses smaller than the one we are in now are going for double what I would expect to get out of ours.
