the eps only covers the NC State University logo, not the block s, which the website has said is for the athletics and student departments, which I can't find

The reason why it's not on http://ncsu.edu/brand is because we don't want people using it on non-athletic, non-spirit instances.

It's also not readily available for easy download because trademark and licensing is trying to make sure everything goes through them.
