The best part about Trump is how bunged up people get over him. Likening him to Hitler, Drumpf, and so on. The John Oliver piece came off as unusually desperate even for John Oliver. He'll spend 10 minutes talking about how Drumpf is the sound a panda makes when encountering a broken gameboy without the back-lit screen for the first time. Ok, he's totally random but what does that have anything to do with Trump as a candidate? Small hands...so what? This goes both ways. Protesters who interrupt politicians on both sides get thrown out and then everyone tries to act like it was wrong for them to be thrown out. Honestly, Trump and Rubio are the only 2 moderates out of the whole bunch, but I feel like Rubio would leave the border with Mexico more open than Trump which is something that needs to change. Cruz is way right wing and Sanders and Clinton are too far left. They need to get out of politics and let some fresh blood take a turn. Trump may be an asshole, but he is the one person who might actually get things going in the right direction and get both parties working together. Unfortunately the left does a great job of posing as poor/working class people who are there to help citizens. Then they get everyone to buy into the idea that rich Republican candidates are evil like all rich people and that taxing the crap out of the rich will cure everything and give us enough money for free college, healthcare, etc. That won't work though.

Yet we have people like Sanders wanting to add even more government programs and for some reason people seem to think it is a good idea and are cool with even more taxes. It's scary that our society thinks like that. Social Security sucks, Obamacare sucks, The Great Society programs suck (they are needed though). Cash For Clunkers was a joke. The government wastes money on pointless wars. Why do we want someone in office who is going to get the government even more involved in our lives?

Exactly! The others have been quite loyal to the right, or left and will keep Washington the way it is. In a perfect world the President would have a challenger from their own party challenge them in a primary if they plan on running for reelection. That never seems to happen though. I could see the GOP doing that though, if Trump was president and said he wanted to run again.
