Kind of wish UNC and ND were switched, so all the NC schools would have to play each other in a row. If we somehow went on some ridiculous kind of run it would make it all the more entertaining, or it could mean a better chance at a Duke/UNC matchup which I have enjoyed watching this season. Alas, ND is in the way and off by one letter.

Why are both Tuesday games so early. Seems like easy games to put at 6 & 8 or something. I assume because of games starting early again tomorrow, but all they had to do was shift the Duke and VT games back to the night games as well.

Virginia is actually our worst matchup. We've played well against Duke (and to a lesser extent, UNC) this year. Notre Dame is a tough one. In order of our worst matchups...I'd go Virginia, ND, UNC, then Duke.

That's one of the reasons why the ACC Tournament determines the only true champion of the conference. You don't get a stretch of playing BC, Wake and Clemson over the span of 11 days, like all the "regular season champion" shills want to hype up.

I have quit caring since conference expansion happened. It was always fun to tune in at work, or school on Friday afternoon and then watch the other 5 games after I got home. Now there are too many games and the tournament takes too many days. I don't have that much time or interest in it.

Not any different than the NCAAT games. Don't necessarily need to be concurrent, 2 sites allows fans in each site a break between games and time for the stadium to refresh. Fans at home can watch them all straight through the day.

Greensboro 1 - 12pm
C 2 - 2pm
G 2 - 4pm
C 3 - 6pm
G 4 - 8pm

Well the games take around 2h45m so there would be tons of overlap. You'd basically miss the first 10 minutes of every game if you're watching the end of the previous. Let alone there is no way in hell they're gonna put a marquee college basketball game on at 10 in the morning for something as important as a conference tournament, even if it is a #14 v #11 game or whatever

Because FSU vs BC draws such a huge audience? This year the day 1 games would have been:

Miami vs BC
Notre Dame vs Wake
Duke vs NC State
Virginia Tech vs Florida State
Clemson vs GT
Pitt vs Syracuse

Which of those is a marquee matchup? Sure Duke and Notre Dame would likely be on later but who would complain about any of those other teams playing early outside of their own fans and markets?

All 4 of today's matchups would have still been played, so assuming ND and Miami would take care of business against the worst 2 teams in the conference, every game the rest of the way would be exactly the same without FOUR teams getting double byes.
