I try hard to understand "to each his own." I am generally cool with spiders in my apartment. They kill mad fucking bugs around here because I live next to the woods. I figure if they got plenty to eat they won't fuck with me and they don't. But that big hairy fucking thing needs to stay in hell where it came from. I will never wrap my head around that as a pet.

I have two cats and they are chill as fuck. The most annoying thing they do is scratch at my door at night when I'm sleeping but I bought a motion detector spray to send them running. Otherwise they sit on my lap and sleep most of the time.

ha, yea I don't expect anyone to understand it, but kudos for accepting a spider presence around the house

I try to keep a wide variety of arthropods for education outreach purposes, kids will listen to you when you are holding a tarantula



also my cats, for the record, are great and I love them, and for the most part they aren't little shits very often.
