whenever a political conversation, debate, or argument takes place one thing is absolutely inevitable, so long as if enough time has passed. What that is is the emergence of putdowns of the poor and indigent, welfare receivers, etc. etc. Basically, if political exchanges last long enough, poor black people will be the center of the stage. This phenomena is always looms on the horizon when the said two conditions are met.
