Yes, get rid of kickers and add another flex. superflex just means 2 QB unless there is custom scoring increasing the value of other positions.

The short bench is going to screw me in week 8, I have too many folks out and I don't want to drop anyone (not that there will be anyone good to pickup). Might play with open positions if I'm likely going to lose anyway.

I took a 4th QB after realizing I stupidly got a 3rd with the same bye week as a starter. So I have an extra for trade if anyone is interested.

there's probably going to be a lot of people playing empty spots throughout the weeks. There are only 5 defenses available right now, and the only starting QB still available will play his last game the first week of byes.

Besides, we've already drafted. the short bench definitely affected my draft strategy, and changing it now screws up the importance of certain players.
