Well it was supposed to be a cilantro chutney for my falafel, but they fell apart in the fryer. So it became my all -purpose sauce for marinades and noodles ( great with basmati rice too). I don’t have a recipe, I just tried to copy-cat something from my work cafeteria.

I remember that I eyeballed:

Half bunch of cilantro ( cut most stem off)
1/8 cup to 1/4cup veg oil
2-3 garlic gloves
1 whole lime
2 tbs sugar
1-2 fresh chili peppers ( I used thai chili)
Salt
½ cup whole cashews unsalted

I wouldn't add anymore veg oil, but if food processor won't turn, just add some water a little at a time.
