They hand out free credits like candy. I called because I accidentally paid for a book when I meant to use a credit for it (long story but it was my fault). The customer service rep immediately refunded my purchase, and just gave me 2 free credits in addition to the 2 I already had. I didn't even complain as it was my mistake. I got the feeling the customer service reps are at liberty to hand out credits to make people happy no matter how small the issue is. I'm going to try to take advantage of this until they put an end to it.
