Since we basically started the tradition of conference tournaments at NC State, we should celebrate all other tournamtnts as well. I wonder if the ACC would ever consider a split tournament (first 2 rounds 3-5 days before the real tournament). As it is constructed now, there is no realistic way one of the bottom 4 seeds will ever win the ACC.

I think the ACC should just have a 16 team bracket with the top seed getting a first round bye.

Wish State was worth going to see since I am up here in NYC. Any idea yet what time they will be playing the first round. I could probably make the 2 or 7PM game that day.

the odds against a Tuesday team winning it all must be astronomically high. even assuming it could happen, it seems very unsafe for the players to go full tilt for five days in a row.
