fanbases are evaluated on how much excitement they have for meaningless games. anyone can get pumped up for a big game against a ranked opponent.

Ill never forget the scene at the bulls game a few days before alabama played duke. iirc it may habe even been before the saban era. their fans were like that when they were down either way

I have no problem with Chubb sitting out this game. He’s going to be one of the first players drafted and has life changing money on the table not just for him, but for his family. Not many people have those kinds of opportunities in their lifetimes.
