I'm going to use this thread to say:

My favorite was people at our apartment complex who park in the fire lanes or park perpendicular to other peoples cars in the parking spots so they can be a couple of steps closer to the door. I had a couple of times where I would be blocked in and go to leave and these folks would act like its a big deal to move their car, but still wouldn't park in the spot I was vacating.
