You should re-paint the bathrooms to a lighter more neutral color. Can stay in beige family or go with a light gray. Hire a professional photographer too, as the pictures will turn out better. Just my 0.02 from flipping 4 homes in the last 2 years.

I can tell you they don't allow rentals and can foreclose on you if you rent.
