That's because a lot of the dinosaurs in the original weren't CGI.

Also, it looks terrible just like every other movie where they tint everything fucking blue.

Itll make money because its jurassic park. All the 30/40 somethings wanna take their kids and share with them a piece of their childhood. But it wont be a good movie. Just like the last one wasnt good

took my daughter to see this in Wimbledon at the IMAX 3D. We both thoroughly enjoyed it.

Action the entire time. The Indo-Raptor stuff was borderline ridiculous but it wasn't short on action by any means.

Many instances where "We want this set-piece in the movie because it looks cool - shove it in somewhere" occured. But, overall, I liked it.

It was a heaping pile of shit, but I enjoyed it anyways. Huge plot holes. Another lame dinosaur hybrid.

Auctioning off of dinosaurs was stupid.
Indo-raptor was super aggressive at times and then slowly hunted it's prey at other times.
Weaponizing of dinosaurs was a lame story arc.

It was better than Jurassic World, IMO, because of the action. Still, probably wouldn't pay attention to it on TV when it hits cable replays.

Overall: 6 out of 10

How the fuck does that T-Rex keep sneaking up on everything to save the protagonists at the last second. This is like the 5th time in the franchise that it has done that. Also, I thought Henry Wu died in the last one? Didn’t the raptors eat him or something?

It was entertaining for what it was. Won't be rewatching this, but I'll see whatever movie has Chris Pratt and dinosaurs at least once.

It was about as mindless as the last one.

Not sure what the point of bringing Goldblum back though. When I heard he was in it, I thought he was going to be in it. Not just some guy talking at the beginning and at the end of the movie.
