^^^^ Duh, to prevent pregnancy. How will any of those work with avoiding STDs? But if you are in a committed relationship and trust your partner, you shouldn't have to worry about the latter.

I’ve never been a fan and really only used them if I was going to be with someone random just to protect my junk. If it was a relationship at all, I’d have them get tested before we’d smash.
