Halloween candy tier list in my opinion:

Tier 1: Full size candy bars
Tier 2: Mini size versions of well known/favorite bars like Milky Way, Twix, Reese's, etc.
Tier 3: Stuff that's decent, but you don't really look forward to. Skittles, sweet tarts, twizzlers, Tootsie Roll pops, Milk Duds, etc.
Tier 4: Most of that shit on the picture up there. I'll throw in stuff like Dum Dums, most bubble gum (I'm looking at you, Dubble Bubble) too, as all that usually comes from the store in a big mixed bag.
Tier 5: Nasty ass shit like those black and orange peanut butter things, candy corn, circus peanuts.
Tier 6: Fruit and raisins.
Tier 7: Mini bibles/bible verses printed out.
