I thought it was new to date.
Yes, it has a long history I assume but lately this program becomes very active. I have attended their seminar hosted at RTP.

I used to work with them and couple of their tech guys. As you can imagine lot of stuff has to be broadcast between the campuses so students can attend from either location. But yea they are big enough they even have a bus that runs between campuses. And this is definitely not something new. I know I started working with them almost a decade ago.
