My friends who work there say they love it. But those who left now say it is awful.

From that I have concluded it is a good place to bunker down for a bit and get good pay and perks, but it's a little spirit crushing.

There's a ton of Bandwidth people that come to a class I attend at the State gym M-F, and they all seem to enjoy the place.

I've heard the exact opposite about their affiliate Republic Wireless though. Lots of complaints, and all but one of that crowd has been laid off or left voluntarily.

I came and consulted there a bit. ancient tech stack that's pure nonsense, so i wouldn't count on fast tracking any kind of career progression. seemed like nice people though

I think they are waiting to get acquired like their neighbors---WebAssign, LexisNexis, or Redhat(previously). But they are nowhere near SAS.

I know a few guys that work at Bandwidth and Republic/Relay.

You take a pay cut to pay for a bunch of perks like long lunches if you go to the gym.
