Roger Waters in Raleigh on August 11....
....just in case anyone else here is interested.
I'll be there. This'll be the fifth time I've seen him (last time was in Greensboro a couple years ago).

With fees and everything mine were $150. These are about midrange, there are cheaper (like $70 or 80 plus fees). 2/20/2020 3:12:14 PM |

I saw him on the Roger Waters and the Wall tour a few years ago. I really enjoyed it, but tickets were expensive (~150 each for upper level seats) 2/20/2020 9:28:37 PM |

He always puts on a fantastic show. Just wish this wasn’t a Tuesday. If I lived in Raleigh it wouldn’t be a question.
First saw him in DC during the In the Flesh Tour in 2000. My favorite show musically with tunes from The Final Cut and some of his solo work from Amused to Death and Pros & Cons to Hitch Hiking.
The Wall blew me away. Such a huge production. Never seen or heard anything like it. First saw it at MSG and went back for more at Yankee Stadium. Favorite part was The Last Few Bricks near end of first set with the red bricks floating in space filling in the wall looking 3-dimensional and then dispersed back out to the music. Just wish I had a chance to see Gilmour play on top of The Wall.

^I was at that DC show in 2000, too! (Nissan Pavilion, anyway....I assume that's the show you're talking about).
Saw him at the same location in 2006, The Wall in 2010 in DC proper, then Greensboro two years ago. He had a new and bigger pig in Greensboro, like the size of a UPS truck. He had these laser lights that formed a pyramid and then a big silver ball flew into the center; overall, I think that Greensboro show might have been my favorite. 2/24/2020 10:49:55 PM |

When I saw the wall in 2012 there were people getting upset over the politics. Somehow they missed his 40+ year career I suppose. It was a fantastic show. 2/26/2020 12:44:13 PM |

I saw a guy at the NC State Fair wearing a rebel flag and Trump sticker, a Make America Great Again hat, and a The Wall shirt.... I chuckled 2/26/2020 12:48:44 PM |

Seen this happen right in front of me at various Pearl Jam, U2 and REM shows over the years.
