What would you consider an "average" pay rate for a dildo inspector job? I just got an offer for $8.75 per hour and am wondering if that is a good rate, or should I try to negotiate for more money. For the record, this is my first dildo factory job so I have zero experience but should I ask for a little more...like $9.50 or even $10?

I think it all depends on experience...
Had a dildo in your mouth, baseline + $0.50/hr
Had > 1 dildo in mouth concurrently, + $1.50/hr
Had a dildo in your ass, + $0.50/hr
Had > 1 dildo in your ass concurrently, + $1.00/hr
Inserted multiple dildos in a mouth, + $1.00/hr
Inserted multiple dildos in an ass, + $1.00/hr
Inserted multiple dildos in multiple mouths concurrently, + $2.00/hr
Inserted multiple dildos in multiple asses concurrently, + $2.50/hr
Add $1.00 for each additional person, $0.50 for 2+ additional dildos
Those numbers can really add up quick! I am not in inside sales. G.L. with pay negotiations!

Hourly pay is just inches you can take. 8.75” for nOobs. More experienced people can often make $12+
