I have a Dell Latitude 7490 laptop, with 1 factory 16gb RAM stick (2 slots avail., 32gb max). I'm trying to add a 2nd stick, and the computer will not boot with the 2nd stick inserted. The capslock key illuminates, and the power button blinks 5 times white, 2 times yellow, repeatedly.
When I try the new RAM alone in slot A or B, the computer does not boot When I try the new RAM in slot B, and the factory RAM in slot A, the computer does not boot (or vice versa) When I try the factory RAM in slot B, computer boots just fine.
Obviously an issue with the new RAM, however, this is the 2nd new stick I've tried (thought the first was faulty and bought a new one) and have a tough time believing I received 2 duds in a row.
As you can see from the pic - same manufacture, size, model, etc. Any ideas on how to make this work?

you might need to go into the BIOS setup on boot and make sure it's configured for multiple RAM modules
though this (2,5) seems to suggest it's "Invalid Memory" https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-us/sln155342/diagnostic-and-battery-indicators-for-dell-latitude-notebooks-and-tablets?lang=en

I also just noticed that one of the RAM sticks in your pic ends in "UH NO AD 1834C" and the other ends in "UH NO AC 1726". Not sure which is the factory RAM of the two, but it seems like you need to get that last number to be identical on each stick
