I keep seeing the "mix-and-match" pitched that if you got a J&J to start, you can get either Pfizer or Moderna for a booster. I haven't seen (yet) recommendations for 2X Pfizer folks to get Moderna booster, or vice versa, but it seems like it should be fine?

For Pfizer it is the same. For Moderna it is a 50 mcg dose which is still 67% more "stuff" than Pfizer's standard 30 mcg dose.
