The right to give it back to the actual owner and seek compensation from the unscrupulous seller.

my friends neighboor in high school sold their house to one of the guys that robbed wells fargo (they made a movie about it) and he showed up to the closing with cash in wells fargo wrappers. the sale went through

i guess the bank owned it after they caught but not sure

If you know it is stolen or should reasonably know, you are committing a crime and have no rights.

If you don't know you have the right to attempt to get your money back from the seller after it is confiscated from you.

So if you are on probation, and someone gives you stolen stuff, you are supposed to vet the fuck out of the sale? Watching cops yesterday and feel like this guy had the worst luck

People on COPS always tell the truth, and other people are always giving them things without their knowledge or consent. Cars, drugs, weapons, etc. Very giving!

I'll go out on a limb and say 20% of people on probation should be under no such persecution
