Think we all expected the Fordham games to go about how they did (run ruled 3x). Liberty game was a tough loss to stomach. Haven't watched or listened to any of the Jax Classic Games yet but hopefully we can get back in the green against Coastal.

That 6th inning was really tough... started down 3-4. One runner scored early, then we loaded the bases and WALKED a guy to make it 3-6. Then was the inside the park grand slam. Bad look.

A lot of folks were saying our pitching bullpen was loaded this year and unfortunately, early returns haven't been great. Consiglio and Dudan really cost us yesterday.

Trending back in the right direction after 4 straight run rule games. Though mid-majors, Camel in particular, though also UNC-G, are no pushovers. Pitching seems to be putting things together, at least vs lower competition.

One more week of tune-ups, then we're into the heart of conference competition.

Really great start to ACC play with two big wins over VT at home. Dropped the 3rd in rather spectacular fashion, but my impression was we were just trying to get some arm practice for younger pitchers.

Also, Davidson game today is being aired on YouTube.... at first my inner boomer was upset it'd be on YouTube TV or Red or whatever, but as it turns out, it looks like it'll just be a free stream, which is pretty neat.
