Is it any coincidence that AOL shut down its dialup internets September 30th and then the government shuts down the very next day? The first (and only) step to reopening the government should be bringing back AOL dialup internets.

The only proper thing to do would be to go grab all of the free trial CDs out of the landfill and give them to government employees.
