When you use the IMG tag in HTML you are technically required to include a separate parameter called ALT with text describing the image for people with text-based browsers. Example:



Let your mouse rest on the image to see it.

What zeitgeist is proposing is something like that, a summary for those of us who don't necessarily want to open a thread without knowing what's in it first.
