I briefly searched for this topic, link me if it's already been done.
Many of the teachers listed on my schedule are not the actual ones teaching the class. Thus if I evaluate the professor I actually have to add a little side note saying "This was taught by Professor B, not Proffessor A like this says." That's not so bad, but what about people searching for evaluations on Professor B? They will do a search and find no results (or at least not mine.) I was wondering if there is any way it could be changed so we could manually over ride the teacher listed and switch it to our actual teacher?? 1/11/2003 3:09:55 PM |

i suggest just writing in the professor that you are rating. the rating is tied to the class, not directly to the teacher. so therefore if the instructor changes to the correct one, your rating will be right. usually the grade distributions are more accurate about instructors. I just uploaded the grade distributions for fall '02. 1/12/2003 8:45:55 PM |

But there is a section for rating specifically the instructor. That's really what I care about. I have to take the classes in my degree plan, so it really doesn't matter to me what they are about cause I don't have a choice anyway, but I do have a choice on the instructor. That is the only thing I use School Tool for. 1/12/2003 11:08:02 PM |
