The masculine form is "alumnus." The feminine form is "alumna." The masculine & mixed plurals are both "alumni." The feminine plural is "alumnae." Both of those are pronounced with a long "i" sound at the end in Anglicized Latin pronunciation.

If the value of Sex is M, then the value of Class should be rendered "Alumnus." If the value of Sex is F, then the value of Class should be rendered "Alumna."
