going back to my purgatory theory, it seems like maybe charlie was close to "moving on" at the end of last night's episode.

i thought the same thing....EXCEPT i didn't think locke did it for himself but rather for the sake of the others. part of my purgatory theory (see my previous posts) locke is the one who sorta knows what is going on...that they are all really dead and that the island is purgatory. he knows that everyone has to "fix" something before they can move on. i'm thinking that maybe if they realize they are dead before they "fix" that something, then they won't be allowed to move on....or it would be too hard for them to move on. so...locke is keeping them from finding the signal because that might make them realize they're all actually dead...in order to give them more time to fix their issues....

but i still think the group will eventually find the source of the signal and go there....and i'm thinking they'll find someone alive (or alive but really dead) there
