Allow me to briefly share my dinner experience for tonight (7:22 pm when I started writing)

Director's husband (speaks hardly any english): Downstairs supermarket, hamburger. *points at microwave* 20 secons.

Me: Downstairs supermarket?

DH: Ne. (Korean for "yes")

Me: *pokes around small asian supermarket. I think they sell bird eggs. I mean, I guess they're all bird eggs, but robin eggs or something. not the candy robins eggs, but real robins eggs).

Shopkeeper: Hamburger?

Me: Ne!

Shopkeeper: Hamburger no! Hamburger *unintelligible korean*

Me: *buys corn dogs*
