its like the laws against homosexuality -- posting laws doesnt mean shit if nobody inforces them. show me a case where someone was even charged with that.
10/25/2005 8:54:46 AM
oh alright - that law must be pretty recent then... i remember a news story a couple years ago about how they couldn't prosecute some hooters guy for that kind of thing because there was no law against it.glad to see they've closed the loophole

doesnt mean shit if the law is unconstitutional[Edited on October 25, 2005 at 9:01 AM. Reason : -]

there are so many unconstitutional laws - lets at least begin our constitutional defense by attacking some that aren't quite so practical as this one[Edited on October 25, 2005 at 9:02 AM. Reason : s]

summary:some people think that the girl shouldnt have been drunksome people think that the guy should have known, regardless of intoxication level, that it was a bad ideasome people are trollingsome people want the guy to burn in hellsome people just want to know what really happenedsounds like the usual bullshit to me

That law you are talking about is called secret peeping. And it is enforced.... often. There used to be this guy where I worked that would use a camcorder to look up girls skirts and sell the stills to a website. For years all we could do was get him on trespassing but two years ago felony secret peeping was passed. Then we got him with that, and from that the police were able to charge him with over 30 counts of that crime. He now get's three hots and a cot from the state of NC. This is a very good law

anything happen with this?
11/8/2005 8:30:25 PM
I'm going to stick with the innocent until proven guilty. We really don't know what happened, all we are doing is speculating. The girl was intoxicated so she COULD have woke up the next morning, had regrets about what happened and cried rape. I think some have been a bit heartless as far as the guy is concerned. If he did it, fine he gets what he deserves but what if he is innnocent? Men falsely accused of rape have their lives shattered. The only thing you can really do is either commit suicide or move to another country (something most guys don't have the financial resources to do) all while the woman still is viewed as "the victim" even though she lied. I think women who falsely accuse men of rape should have to register as sex offenders. See how many dates they get asked to go out on with a big sign that says "SEX OFFENDER:FALSELY ACCUSED MAN OF RAPE" stuck out in their yard. I'm pretty sure it will be a pretty lonely life.

I read most way through page 6... I can't go any farther... some of yall are fuckin disturbing and sickening, and I hope to God to never meet you in person. That is all.
11/10/2005 9:45:06 AM
Oh.. in clarification.. I've known both women who have been raped AND men who have committed suicide after being falsely accused.Yall better hope if youre ever in either situation that people are less fuckin stupid than yall have been.

Yeah, it's shit like this is what makes me want to stop dealing with girls period and become a hermit.

awesome

I went to high school with this kid. The girl went to one of their mutual friends a few weeks after making the accusation and admitted that it was consensual, but she regretted it. Obviously, the friend told authorities...I love that he is on "probation" and she hasn't seen any consequences
4/18/2006 12:25:09 PM
he's not in the sex offender registry and that kinda bugs me. guess he only got convicted 3 weeks ago though. so i'll see if he ever shows up.^if thats true, you would think the charges would have been dropped. i think youre just spewing bs rumors.[Edited on April 18, 2006 at 12:28 PM. Reason : ..]
4/18/2006 12:27:52 PM
^^ yea that sounds like bullshit, because she would show up for perjurybut if its true, then she's a vile fucking female
4/18/2006 12:31:14 PM
haha yeah she definitely would be charged with obstruction, and he definitely wouldnt have plead guilty to anything with "sexual" in the crime name if he could help itsounds to me like the DA knew that the girl was loony and that he would never win in a trial, so he offered the guy a really good plea deal. it sounds dumb to plead guilty to something you didnt do - but ive done it before. i can totally see where he would too. he has the choice of 2 years probation and having it over with, or putting the next 20 years of his life in a jury's hands. scary shit!
4/18/2006 12:37:36 PM
yea thats how they usually fuck the younger kids or kids that dont know shit about lawscare tactics like a motherfucker, reminds me of Menace II Society"you know you just fucked up right"

This accusation would be virtually impossible to defend yourself against. Going in to trial you would already be admitting that you were there, she had been drinking, and you did have sex. How the hell would you prove if she did consent, you can't really unless you had video of her on top or some shit. I am not saying this guy is innocent, all I am saying is no one will ever really know.
4/18/2006 3:08:31 PM
well the girl and guy know what really happened
